If you use the enquiry form we collect your name, organisation, job title, business email, telephone number, country, the type of support you need, and the description of your study. We also store a random visitor identifier in a first-party cookie so the private admin statistics can count visits. We do not store your IP address for that count.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used to respond to you. Visit statistics are used to understand which pages are read. We do not sell personal information and we do not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept so the conversation and any follow-up have a record. Visit records older than 400 days are removed. You may ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete an enquiry, by writing to info@clinicaltrialsrun.com.

Where it is kept

The website is hosted in the account for clinicaltrialsrun.com. Mail about your enquiry is sent to info@clinicaltrialsrun.com and a confirmation is sent to the business email you provide.
